Today, instead of listing all the famous women that we admire we’ve decided to highlight some of the inspirational women we’ve met since opening our coworking doors in 2019. We have met so many fantastic human beings but these ladies have made an impact on us, drum roll please………..

Emily has been with us since day dot and is one of our biggest supporters! If you are looking for the right creative agency partner to boost your capabilities in brand strategy, verbal identity and lay the foundations for powerful communication then Emily is your lady!

Emily joined us as a co-worker back in March of 2019, so has been a member for 5 years. Since then she has grown her business and connections and now has her own private office here at Rume2, her tranquil space where her creativity can grow and flourish. Emily has also been a part of our Growth Club for years, led talks on brand identity and engaged in all that we do here for the community. Emily, you are fab, we are so glad you are a part of the gang here and we wish you all the success in 2024.

Debbie Ford & Emily Perry – Last Friday Club Networking, The Chichester Social & The People Consultancy

These two ladies, good friends and wonderful women run the extremely successful and popular monthly networking event Last Friday Club here at Rume2. Not only do they give up their time and energy to run LFC every month, source inspirational speakers and yummy treats they also run their own freelance businesses.

Debbie is your go to gal for social media strategy (The Chichester Social) and everything you need to know about LinkedIn, she is also Chair of the board, Chichester Cinema at New Park and she works here at Rume2 on a Friday! What a busy and brilliant woman. Debs, we love you, you are an asset to Rume2 and thanks for being our number one supporter since the beginning.

Emily is a coach for small business owners seeking clarity, accountability, and growth. Her background is in HR and she is focussed on helping solo entrepreneurs and small business owners to create fulfilling careers and businesses aligned with their passions and goals. If you want to build a successful business without the burnout Emily is your woman! Emily puts a smile on your face and is such a lovely lady, she is a breath of fresh air when she works here at Rume2 and is an asset to the Rume2 family.

Henri Habershon – Freelance business development and strategy specialist in the international development and aid sector.

Henri is a proper and much loved part of the furniture here at Rume2, having been a member since October 2019, she has become a friend. Her passion within the aid sector shines through and she’s also been a member of our Growth Club for years, forming friendships with fellow co-workers and a support network. She is super skilled at project management and has run workshops for our members on taking well organised action. Everyone knows Henri, she’s friendly, knowledgeable and you’re bound to meet her smiley face in the kitchen if you’re a newbie. Henri you’re a good egg!

Rachel Soothill – Director of BrightwordPR

Rachel and her wonderful female team of PR experts have been members since December 2019. They use Rume2 as a space for the team to get together on a weekly basis and have been regular co-workers for years. Not only is Rachel the owner of a very successful PR agency but she is also a mother of 3 small children. If the ultimate business / child juggle is not a reason to get praise for being a wonderful woman we don’t know what is. Rachel we love having you and your team here at Rume2, we hope you stay forever!

Kylie Monsma - Architect, Director & Senior Lecturer at Oxford Brookes University

Kylie is a joy to have around, she has been a member since 2021 and has a permanent desk here at Rume2. Kylie is an active member of growth club and is always happy to talk about what she does and help others in her industry. A great example of this is her becoming a senior lecturer at Oxford Brookes University alongside her growing practice. Rume2 wouldn’t be the same without you Kylie!

Gayle Tong – Enrichment Coaching

Gayle is a coach with a difference. Her speciality is giving people the ultimate confidence in their lives. Most of us have enjoyed a very useful and thought provoking chat with Gayle over the years. Gayle has been a member since Dec 2020 while in the midst of Covid. As a member of growth club she has given so much to so many of us and is an important part of our community. She also has some lovely big pants….;)

Kate Cook – Business of wellness expert & nutrition coach

Kate joined us years ago, she is an absolute fountain of nutritional knowledge and political views, if you want an interesting conversation then look for Kate, she’s fantastic and also very passionate about what she does.

There you have it, eight wonderful women we’ve had the pleasure of meeting since opening our doors five years ago.
