Approaching the end of 2023, we're inviting 10 business owners to reflect on their experiences by providing a thought provoking intro into how humans learn, and explore how business owners can turn this knowledge into a competitive advantage for 2024 and each year beyond.
In this session we will:
Remind ourselves as to how humans cement learning from experiences;
Call out the 3 biggest barriers to recognising and sharing learning in our organisations;
Talk about our own experiences and share our learnings; and
Provide a framework that business owners can use to make reflection a positive change that demostrates growth, harnesses opportunity, identifes risks and can be repeated as often as you like.
