WHAT ON EARTH SHOULD WE BE EATING
Clare Devereux
Coming towards the end of Veganuary - should you feel guilty if you haven’t quite managed to do it, or feel it’s just not for you? Or have you done it and loved it, and that’s it - you’re now a confirmed vegan?
It’s a challenge today to know what we should be eating that delivers both planetary and personal health. With a growing climate crisis, should we stop eating meat altogether? Should we be eating green beans air-frieghted in from Kenya, or soya products produced in cleared rainforests of Brazil? And how much do we really know about the food we eat, where it comes from, and how it's produced? What else can we do to change the world from our kitchens? With so much conflicting information, trying to make the right decisions is like walking through a minefield. Come and understand how we can make the best food choices for both our own health and the health of the planet.
