In order to get the best business results and at the same time maintain positive working relationships, we really need to understand the value of having the right conversation, in the right way, at the right time. In other words, to have Savvy Conversations®.

In this interactive session, Savvy Sarah will introduce us to the Savvy Conversations® concept and we will learn the practical CREDS ModelTM which shows us how we can all have more effective conversations with each other.

About the speaker

Having spent many years managing teams, supporting organisations to tackle difficult or sensitive staffing issues and studying the psychology of the workplace, Sarah Harvey has made it her mission to research and develop a simple model to help people turn difficult discussions into Savvy Conversations®.

She is now a leadership coach and works with senior teams and throughout organisations showing people how to get better results and maintain more positive relationships through her Savvy Conversations® Masterclasses and numerous in-house workshops. Her e-book published in August 2016, Savvy Performance Management, has been downloaded over 14,000 times. and her Savvy TeamsTM Workshop Cards went on sale in January 2018.  Her new book How to have Savvy Conversations in the Workplace will be published in January 2020.
